Approximately 25 people turned out to work in the p-patch this past Saturday, April 9th, for the first work party of the season. The weather was superb!

Accomplishments included taking out all the hoses from winter storage and distributing them throughout the p-patch and storing used burlap sacks in the tool shed.

Additionally, several people worked on plot #223, which had fallen into severe decline. By the time all the quack grass had been removed, a plot that had been among the worst in shape was transformed into one of the best garden plots, ready for a new gardener to start this season.
